Welcome to Tony’s Olive Farm
A Taste of Tradition, Sunshine, and Heart
High in the mountains of Sierra San Pedro, nestled deep in the heart of Andalusia, Spain, lives Tony – better known to friends as Tony the Olive.
Surrounded by endless groves of ancient Picual olive trees, Tony shares his days with his loyal rescue dog, Spocky, in a paradise made for Olives - and adventure.

Where Olives thrive
Here, the Olives thrive under the perfect climate, nourished only by natural rainfall and kissed by the warm Spanish sun.
It’s this untouched environment that gives birth to Tony’s Olive Oil - a 100% pure, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with exceptional health benefits and an irresistibly smooth, peppery finish.
Nature, Time & Love
Unlike mass-produced oils that lose their soul to chemicals and shortcuts, Tony’s process is simple and honest:
Ripe Olives, hand-harvested at their peak, pressed within 8 hours using only traditional mechanical methods.
No chemicals. No compromise. Just nature, time, and love.
The result? A rich, golden oil bursting with polyphenols—the powerful antioxidants that deliver that distinctive bite and all the good-for-you goodness. It’s a taste of purity, tradition, and the land itself.

Taste our signature smooth heat
Whether you drizzle it over fresh tomatoes and basil, spoon it on warm toasted bread, or finish your favourite dishes with its signature smooth heat, Tony’s Olive Oil doesn’t just enhance flavour - it tells a story.
A story of heritage. Of a man and his dog. Of olives grown as they were always meant to be.
Our farming community
Tony isn’t just a farmer — he’s part of a close-knit co-operative of artisan growers in the sun-drenched mountains of Sierra San Pedro.
Together, they hand-harvest and cold-press their olives using time-honoured methods, bringing the finest, undiluted olive oil straight from their groves to your table.
... with no middle-man
By cutting out the middleman, Tony and his fellow farmers ensure every drop supports their local community, preserves generations of tradition, and delivers the true taste of Andalusia.
It's as if you’d strolled through a vibrant mountain farmers' market and carried a bottle of sunshine home.
