I was given the opportunity to try Tony’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and I found the taste to be extremely fruity followed by a punch of peppery zest. It’s absolutely delicious, the best I have tasted and I have tasted many brands over the years! It has a wonderful aroma, the quality is superb. I will be buying it from now on. I recently had the pleasure of trying Tony’s Olive Farm olive oil and wow - it’s as fresh as it can get. You can taste the quality right away. It’s smooth, a little peppery, and perfect for drizzling on just about anything. It tastes like it came straight from the grove!
I took part in a blind taste test against a high end equivalent and from the first sniff of both samples I immediately smelled the difference and higher quality of what turned out to be Tony’s olive oil. It was fresher and cleaner with subtle hints of lemon. After tasting both the first oil left me coughing due to the harsh peppery after taste and felt oily in my mouth. Tony’s was smooth and clean and actually tasted of olives with a pleasant pepperiness which was not harsh. Absolute winner!
